This is the first negative review I have ever written. I have never written a negative review for a business before in my life. I have no personal complaints about the staff—everyone I interacted with was kind. My problem is with the treatment, billing, and financing experience. On my first visit, I was told that I could not receive a regular cleaning unless I agreed to a deep cleaning costing approximately $3,000. The treatment included Arestin at 16 sites because I was told I had "infection". The price concerned me, but it had been about a year since my last cleaning, and I believed the treatment was necessary, so I agreed and completed it. I returned about four months later for another cleaning, and that visit went well. Approximately four months after that, I arrived for another appointment and was presented with a bill of roughly $1,000 for additional Arestin before anyone had examined my mouth that day. No dentist or hygienist had looked at my teeth or gums yet. I could not understand how they had already determined that I needed another expensive course of medication before evaluating me. I later transferred to another dentist, where I now receive two cleanings per year

I gave this office 3 stars because everyone was friendly and polite. The biggest reason I didn’t rate higher was because I felt very rushed during my appointment.. I went in on a Monday afternoon for my appointment. After the staff member brought me to the back and completed my X-rays, I was placed in another room to review the images and discuss a treatment plan. An associate came in and explained everything very quickly, but because I don’t have any dental knowledge, I found it difficult to follow along. I was hoping for a more detailed and patient-friendly explanation since I asked for one, but instead he left the room before I really understood anything. I could also hear staff members in the hallway talking about wanting to go home already, which made the experience feel even more rushed and uncomfortable. When the doctor finally came in, the images and treatment plan were explained a little more clearly, which I appreciated. However, afterward I was taken to the sales desk and presented with a treatment plan costing over $5,000. That price was far beyond my budget, and I was immediately encouraged to take out a loan and pay around $2,000 instead. Overall, while the staff wa

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in North Miami. From the moment I walked in, everyone at the front was super attentive and welcoming. Stephanie, the assistant who helped me, was really sweet and had such a positive attitude that it made the whole visit feel easier. Dr. Montana was straight to the point in the best way. No games, no trying to sell me things I didn’t need. She was honest, professional, and very mindful of my budget. She focused only on what was actually necessary and made sure I got the most value for my money. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing right by her patients. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Maria Moreno. She’s the one who really tied everything together for me. Her customer service is on another level—patient, clear, and willing to explain things as many times as needed without ever making you feel rushed. Out of all the dentists I visited for quotes, it was her explanations and the way she broke everything down that made me choose Aspen Dental. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place really deserves it. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they make everything easy. Dr Ortega is honestly amazing. She’s very caring and takes her time with you. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants you to feel good and confident about your smile. The office is always clean and well organized, and the whole team works together to make the experience smooth. They’re very professional but also warm and welcoming, which is not something you find everywhere.

I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in North Miami and wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Estefany and the entire team. I came in with a dental emergency, and from the moment I walked in, they treated me with urgency, kindness, and professionalism. Dr. Stephanie was incredibly attentive, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dental emergencies can be stressful, but they handled mine with such care and efficiency that it made a huge difference. The staff was friendly, the office was welcoming, and the level of service truly stood out. I’m very grateful for the way they took care of me and would highly recommend Aspen Dental in North Miami to anyone in need of quality dental care, especially in an emergency.
